have You Ever...

...been at a place in your life where there is so much to say that you can't say anything?....

That is where I dwell these days. The thoughts and emotions still wildly whirling, and me, resigned to allow them to continue to do so while I sit down and catch my breath. So today I will just share with you this Celtic Benediction:

Deep peace of the running wave to you.
Deep peace of the flowing air to you.
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.
Deep peace of the shining stars to you.

Haera ra,
Tia

That frame of mind is exactly why I've not been writing... my heart and mind are so busy that I can't sort anything into cohesive thought.

Hello, Michele sent me~

I totally understand that feeling. And I can see why you'd be feeling it at this time!
Tia, I hope it's okay, I linked your blog. I've been enjoying it!

right back atcha.
I needed that.
I even took a deep breath.
I forgot it was my career year... does that mean I might be selling myself short? Sigh...

That's a lovely benediction. I'm taking taking note of that.

Amid all your relocation, it's good to sit and refuse to think or do anything but breathe.

Lately we've been posting such similar thoughts. I went to my therapist today and discovered that I'm burned out. So that's what's been wrong, I thought. I enjoyed the post. There is a Navajo chant that I use a lot:

Before me peaceful,
Behind me peaceful,
Under me peaceful,
Over me peaceful,
All around me peaceful....

Congratulations on getting your residency visas. I'm curious to know where in New Zealand are you headed? Is it anywhere near me? E-mail me, if you like.

We all need to stop and listen to the quiet...more than we take the time to do. You have had alot of emotional triggers going on lately...you are wise to stop and take a breath...for what you feel today...may take on a different life with fresh air and a quiet prayer.
