Day Three - Favorite Smoothie So Far

2 cups water
two bunches (handfuls) of spinach
1 apple
1 kiwi


I went back to the doctor today and delivered a hug to Lawrence, the (smoothie king) nurse practitioner. (Don't worry, I'm not a freak - I actually had a physical scheduled and I had told my husband I was going to have to hug the guy after the gift he gave us...)

OH, and I had already lost weight! I don't crave junk or nearly as much coffee as usual, and I have energy!!!

Do you only have smoothies? No regular food?
You certainly sound inspired! I love the look of your blog.
And how are the kitties? I saw they were meant to be a friend for Serif, but sounds like they were having way too much fun with each other!

Hi to the world of going green I truely understand what you are experiensing with green vegetable. I have myself drinking vegetable juice for the past 2 years i feel i am in top shape mentally and physically.I make juice out of lettuce,tomato,spinach,peppers,celery,broccoli everyday i feel i can go for days and not get tired. I also drink soya milk and this has made a big difference in my lifestyle. i dont feel i need to drink alcohol a=or eat junk food.My body system slows down when i eat junk food or when softdrink is consumed.I feel like i am superman.Lol.
